The services included in the registration fees mentioned above are as follows;
• Participants will be able to watch the scientific sessions and visit the booth areas for a registration fee.
• A certificate of participation will be given to those who register and attend the sessions.
• Anyone who will attend scientific meetings as speakers and listeners, accompanying people or anyone who wants to participate as a product promoter must register.
• Registration cancellations will be accepted until 22.04.2022 at the latest, and only name changes can be made after this date.
• In order for the registrations to be finalized, the payment receipts and the name list must be submitted to EVENTA Congress and Tourism Organization Secretariat in writing to [email protected].
• Eventa Congress reserves the right to reflect changes in taxes and fees to prices.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Prices are package prices valid for 4 nights. (28 May entrance / 01 June exit). KAccommodations are paid on full board basis.
Accommodation in the side hotel is bed and breakfast, and the participants who will stay here will have their coffee breaks, lunches and dinners at the Congress Hotel during the congress.
Participants who do not make their accommodation through Eventa Congress will pay an external participation fee of 94 € per day for hotel services.
For the accommodation confirmation, the fees must be deposited into the congress account and the receipt must be sent to the Congress Secretariat at [email protected].
